• Technical Data: IP address, device information, and app usage statistics. This data is used for analytics, performance monitoring, and fraud prevention.

• Facilitate connections between passengers and verified vehicle owners.
• Perform mandatory KYC and safety checks to protect the platform's integrity.

• Google Maps SDK: To render maps and handle location-based features.
• AWS (S3): For secure, encrypted storage of your uploaded documents and photos.

Access to sensitive verification data is strictly limited to authorized Rahigo verification staff. We do not sell or rent user personal data to third parties.

• Storage/Media: To allow you to upload existing vehicle photos or documents from your gallery.
• Notifications: To send real-time alerts regarding registration status, new bookings, or service alerts.

  • For Partners: Used to pinpoint garage locations on the map. Location access is used only when the app is in use and is not collected in the background.
