Rahigo is a technology platform that connects users (passengers) looking for group travel services with independent vehicle owners and transport partners. Rahigo does not own, operate, or maintain any vehicles. All transport services are provided directly by our independent partners.

2. Booking Process

When you post a trip request on Rahigo:

• You will be matched with available verified partners and pricing options.
• You are responsible for selecting the option that best fits your needs.
• A booking is finalized directly between you and the vehicle owner via the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete trip information.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your journey.
• Respect the vehicle and follow the rules set by the owner.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Because Rahigo is not the transport provider, we are not liable for:

• Delays, mechanical failures, or cancellations by the vehicle owner.
• The quality of service provided by the independent partner.
• Any loss, injury, or damage occurring during the journey.

Users are encouraged to verify vehicle condition and owner credentials before commencing travel.

5. Payments and Cancellations

Payment terms, including advance amounts and cancellation policies, are determined by the vehicle owner. Rahigo is not responsible for refund disputes or payment failures between users and partners.

6. Partner Verification

While Rahigo verifies owner profiles and vehicle documentation, we do not guarantee the continued validity of these documents at the time of your trip. Users should perform their own due diligence.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the platform to:

• Post fraudulent or misleading trip requests.
• Harass or abuse vehicle owners or Rahigo staff.
• Attempt to bypass the platform for established connections.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata.
